I had an orchid piece done by Cloudy. From start to finish it was the most pleasant and painless experience I could have wished for. She did an amazing job and I am so grateful. I cannot recommend her and 8Volts Tattoo highly enough!

Pigeon was the artist that gave me my now favorite tattoo! She was attentive, making sure I was comfortable & was overall super friendly! I was only in SG for a limited amount of time but she was able to give me a memorable I am able to keep forever & I’m so grateful 🙂 Pigeon, you’re the best!!

I got my first hand poke tattoo from @pigeonpokes_. She was great and super nice. The tattoo itself was one of the most painless ones I have gotten, and she checked in on me while she was working on me. She was very helpful during the design process with quick responses and edits to the design. Overall this was an awesome experience, I fully recommend her to anyone wanting a handsome tattoo!

It was my first tattoo experience and I’m so glad to have cloudy to help me in this journey. My preferred design was floral which is what she is good at.

During consultation, she takes time to understand my preferences and shares her advice. She’s extremely patient, pleasant and professional. She edited the designs to show me the comparisons I was asking for so that I can be happy with the final results.

During the tattoo process, she’s friendly and very meticulous. I’m very satisfied with the result!

I have done my first ever tattoo. Nothing to overly complex and complicated, just a strong statement on my underarm. The booking and appointment was swift and I got a date within a week. The Tattoo artist was extremely helpful, patient as I had to also get feedback from my wife. All in all very understanding and respectful. The studio itself is very tidy, clean and pleasant but without losing it's Tattoo Studio atmosphere. A lot of nice work hanging on the walls. Tattooing was very pleasant. I got informed about all hygienic processes. While doing the tattoo you get to have good conversations to pass the time until the artist finishes.
I can really only recommend 8 Volts to everyone who is looking for their first tattoo. And I guess those who already are experienced won't need my recommendation anyway! Thank you for this great piece of work and service!

I got tattooed by Cloudy and it was by far the best tattoo experience I’ve had thus far. She was super friendly and gracious throughout the entire process. I sent her a reference picture and asked her to swap out the flowers. She managed to use all of my favorite flowers in her design. During the actual tattoo session, she was incredibly meticulous and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She even gave me an extra wrap for my flight the next day! I’ll definitely be booking another session whenever I am in Singapore again.

Got my first hand poked experience with @pigeonpokes_ ! I picked out 3 pieces off of her flash. Initially I was unable to find a date that could work for the both of us due to work commitments. She was really nice about it and let me reserve the pieces while I got back to her on a later date. The tattooing itself felt a little weird to me because im used to machine tattoo but she made it so comfortable for me (I even fell asleep while she was tattooing the rat). I really enjoyed the conversation we had too! If you follow an artist’s booking process, I promise everything will follow smoothly 😊

This was my very first tattoo done by none other than "Pigeon". It was custom design and she was super helpful in answering all my questions before the actual day itself. But please be kind to artists and understand that they are busy and earning a living too. The process was interesting but bearable and she would constantly check on me if I was doing alright. Talking to her was a great distraction plus it was fun getting to know her and vice versa! The music vibes are great and don't worry, if you're not the talking type then just let her know she will understand. Overall, I loved the experience, process and outcome and hope to come back again soon for another because of how adorably apt her designs are to me. THANK YOU PIGEON AND 8VOLTS TATTOO!

Got my first hand-poked experience with Pigeon! She has such steady hands (duh) which made my whole session really comfortable and better than expected! She was also very thoughtful and printed the designs in various sizes so i can better gauge which one fits me best. Pigeon was also really nice to talk to, and so the session didn't feel like it took very long to me. Studio music was such a vibe too - ̗̀ ෆ( ˶'ᵕ'˶)ෆ ̖́- you'd definitely enjoy your session with Pigeon like I did!!

Had a custom piece done by pigeon, she was really friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her throughout the session. She also ensured that I was feeling alright throughout the session. Her work station is filled with many cute items & the studio is very clean. The studio is situated in a mall, so public are able to look in, but they have another more private room for tattooing at more intimate areas. So not to worry!

I had purchased a flash from pigeon and had my tattoo done on 28 October. It was my first ever tattoo experience and pigeon was really helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She gave really helpful advice on sizing and placement and really made the whole experience very comfortable. Throughout the entire process, she made sure I was comfortable and gave me time to rest. I had full faith in her skills and in how the tattoo would turn out as well which allowed me to really enjoy the process of getting a tattoo. I highly recommend pigeon to anyone looking to get hand poke tattoos!

Cozy and comfortable environment with warm and caring people who really take your safety into consideration. Everything is wiped down and very sanitary. @cloudy.tattoo has done 4 of my tattoos and I keep coming back. Great place for anyone looking for tattoos. They have all my trust, highly recommend :))

I had a great first tattoo at 8 Volts Tattoo.
Joe (@joewang_8voltstattoo), my artist, was patient and thorough in his explanation of the procedure. He even accommodated my additional request to have more design options.

As for the process itself, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Dare I say that the whole process was enjoyable?

I definitely recommend 8 Volts Tattoo.

Tattoo still healing. I love the ambiance of the place, it felt welcoming and well lit. All the people are friendly and will make you comfortable. This is my first time getting a tattoo and I cannot promise this will be the last (sorry mom ✌🏼). Pigeon poked me as gentle as she can possibly be, the vaccine injection was a painful experience than this, this one wasn’t even painful at all.

I got this as a reminder of how broken I was as a woman, as a wife, and as a person. I am the moon. The broken lines represent my struggles and challenges that I’ve had to get to where I am now.

I named my child Stella cause I always looked at the stars at night. I feel at peace, happy, and calm when I looked up to the stars.

I don’t know where will I be if not for my Stella. She’s the reason why I fight every day to become a better person and be strong for her. If not for her, I don’t know if I am still alive right now.

Yes, I’ve battled so many demons, but never told everyone about it.

To my Stella, I love you so much that I have you tattooed. You will be forever with me now.

This place is perfect. My tattoo is exactly like my reference picture. This was also my first tattoo, so the artist and rest of the staff was super considerate and adaptable to my needs and concerns. I would go back here if I ever wanted a second! The communication was super helpful and I was taken care of well. My standards were extremely high going into this experience, and they still exceeded my expectations.

Had an appointment with PigeonPokes on 1st July and she was super nice and friendly! Throughout the session, she would check up on me if I needed any breaks and time passed by super quick because she was so fun to chat with! Very satisfied with the final product as well! She gave great suggestions on placement of the tattoo and overall a super positive experience!

Joe had very quickly answered my query on Whatsapp and started my journey on preparing my tattoo. He had professionally dealt with my drawing and with doing up my tattoo. He was very cheerful, explained clearly the concept of safe, new and clean apparatus and even taping up other equipment to ensure me. Joe’s colleague was also warm and offered me a towel as I had forgotten to bring a shawl. Joe was fast and good! He even sensed when I was in pain and tried to ease it. I love the tattoo and I am sure it is going to be fabulous once it heals. I will definitely recommend 8Volts to any one who wants a tattoo. Thank you for making my dream come true!

Recently, I decided to have a tattoo but did not know where to get one as this was my first time. I did some research on the internet n found so many tattoo studios. Which one should I go to ? I go through all their reviews n even visited some to see how is the studio. I finally decided on 8Volts Tattoo n glad that I made the right decision. The studio is very clean n welcoming. Joe the artist who did my tattoo explained the whole process n that calm me down a lot. The tattoo was amazingly beautiful exactly like what I wanted. I must say that Joe not only have great skill but a very friendly guy and made you feel most comfortable during the session . Good job, Joe!

I had a pleasant experience @8voltstattoo and feel like I was warmly welcomed. Got my first tattoo from Mentor Joe Wang and he consulted me patiently as that was my first tattoo. The studio looks so clean, cozy, aesthetic and minimalist. And also my tattoo is healing very well. I will never forget how I got my first tattoo from a great artist with 20 years of experience. got my first tattoo done by karyan (@yanyan.tattoo)! everything from start to finish was absolutely professional and she made the whole experience comfortable for me. i highly recommend first timers to book an appointment with her. it's been a bit more than 2 weeks and my tattoo is healing very well, been using the products she recommended for aftercare and i haven't had any issues at all! can't wait to get more pieces ^^

This was the first time my mum and I were getting tattooed, and it was delightful! We were inked by the insanely talented Min Hui (@tatts.by.min), who was very accommodating to us throughout the entire procedure, from designing the drafts up until the actual procedure! She was very gentle and made sure that my mum and I were comfortable during the entire tattooing process. The studio is also well maintained and really clean. Highly recommend her and hoping to get another one from her in the future!

Got my tattoo done by Moo and it was amazing! It was my first time getting a tattoo and she was swift and really awesome about it. I did tons of research before choosing her, and got this right before I flew off to the States. Despite my traveling (during this COVID period) it healed perfectly!!! I had a traditional American tattoo with @moo.inks today! Super professional and mostly painless! She was super patient when I was picking on the colours, and she was really patient during the whole tattooing process, and made it a point to check on how I was doing once in a while, and the tattoo turned out amazing!!! There was nothing to tweak about the design (I just wanted to choose the colours) and she worked around all the requests! Would recommend getting a tattoo here, especially if it's your first tattoo!

Cleanliness 10/10. Got my first tattoo with Karyan (@yanyan.tattoo). As this was my first time, she checked and assured me that everything is gonna be fine.

Would like to thank her for being extremely accommodating and friendly. I had some last minute design changes and she allowed. I also adjusted the design 5 times and she was very patient with me. She also gave me some cream to apply and went through the aftercare process.

Overall, i love it and would definitely come back for future tattoos

Came to do a custom & flash tattoo with Karyan today. Everything was done in such a clean & efficient manner! Helped so much to sooth my nerves as it is my first tattoo experience.

2 tattoos done in about 30 mins with very minimal pain, I'm amazed! Will definitely recommend my friends/first timers to have theirs done with her 🙂

Got a custom tattoo with Minhui and she did such an amazing job! Sent her a reference photo for what I wanted and she delivered, alongside with her ideas to make the tattoo look better!

The tattoo session itself was great, she made sure I was comfortable as the tattoo was on my rib and it hurt, she worked really fast as well! The tattoo turned out so pretty, thank you! Will definitely be back for more!

Went with my sister to get inked by Moo ☺️ Really nice and clean environment with them properly adhering to regulations 👍🏻 She was really gentle when tattooing as well! Great if it's your first time getting a tattoo 💕 Definitely would go back again ❤️

Got my first two tattoos from Karyan! She’s really super nice and easy-going! I was actually quite nervous before I went but the whole process was very fast and smooth and the pain was definitely manageable for my tattoo sizes and placements. Also thanks for the aftercare instructions!! Will be referring 8 volts to friends and will sure come back for more if I feel like getting a new design🥰👍

karyan was really friendly and was really conscious to confirm what i wanted for the tattoo! everything was clearly explained to me; even the aftercare and she also replied when i asked more about the aftercare when i had left! my first tattoo experience but definitely wont be my last because the whole process was smooth and she also made sure i was okay throughout! thank you so much!! really cant wait to book my next appointment now!

Recently got two tattoos from Karyan (@yanyan.tattoo) and it was amazing. She's super nice and friendly and to add on gave me two amazing tattoos that I absolutely love. She's very thorough with her aftercare instructions as well which i greatly appreciate. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is getting a tattoo done and I would definitely come back for more as well!

Did my first coloured tattoo with Karyan (@yanyan.tattoo). Had a great experience! I chose one of her crayon flashes and I am super happy with how it looks! I got my first tattoo from @yanyan.tattoo and throughout the whole process, she was really gentle and assured that I was alright before continuing. I had some trouble with the placements but she was really patient with me!

The studio was really clean and the music taste was super good.

I had a tattoo with Joe Wang and can really recommend this studio! The studio is spotless and bright and it has a really good atmosphere. Joe is very considerate about making sure placement and details are perfect before proceeding and he took the time to fully explain all the kit, showing the needles are sterile-packed single use ones etc. The tattoo experience was very relaxing as he checked in with me about taking breaks etc. Then they give very clear helpful directions for aftercare. I'm very happy about the whole experience and I would definitely recommend this studio!

They were very patient while I was staring at my placement and made sure I'm happy with it before moving on! 😀 I also really appreciated it when they were checking in on me, letting me know it's okay to take a break if I need to, during the process.
